To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, here are a few key points:
Parking: Parking is limited in the area, so we encourage you to arrive early to secure a spot.
Public Washrooms: Portable washrooms will be available, including accessible units.
Event Start Time: Doors open at 3:00 PM.
What to Bring: Bring your own refillable water bottle! We’ll have refill stations on-site to keep you hydrated throughout the evening. You’re welcome to bring lawn chairs, but please note that this is primarily a standing room only event, and seating may limit your view of the stage. Lawn chairs are permitted! However, please keep an eye out for signage during the event. At a certain time, we'll kindly ask you to move your chairs back to make space for a dance party in front of the stage. Let's make it a fun time for everyone!
Food & Refreshments: We’ve got you covered with some delicious food and snack options:

Chien Chaud Gourmet Hotdogs from The Evelyn
Snack Station for Kids: Featuring candy, chips, cotton candy, popcorn, and non-alcoholic beverages
Bar: A licensed bar will be available, serving a variety of alcoholic drinks for guests 19+.
Please remember to bring your ID for age verification at the concert.
An age verification bracelet will be required if you wish to purchase a drink at the bar.
Tickets: Have your tickets ready at the front gate to be scanned or checked by our amazing volunteers!
Wristbands will be provided upon entry, allowing you to come and go freely throughout the event.
Pets: No pets allowed; only service animals
Free Glow Sticks: Each guest will receive a glow stick to light up the night in celebration of Addy’s spirit!

We encourage you to share your experiences from the event on social media. Help us spread the word by using the hashtag #ADDYTUDECONCERT and tagging us on Instagram @teamaddy8. Let's make this a night to remember and raise awareness for sarcoma research together!

It’s going to be an incredible evening of live music, great food, and community spirit as we honour Addy’s legacy and raise awareness for sarcoma research in support of SickKids Hospital. Your participation helps keep Addy’s memory alive and supports an important cause.
