TeamAddy (“TeamAddy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit teamaddy.ca, contact us, sign up for events or updates, interact with our forms, or use links from our website to donate through SickKids Foundation.

TeamAddy is a community fundraising initiative created in honour of Addison Hill to raise awareness and funds in support of sarcoma research and related fundraising efforts through SickKids Foundation.

Event, registration, and participation information

If you sign up for an event, tournament, concert, volunteer opportunity, sponsorship inquiry, or related activity through a Google Form, HubSpot form, or another linked registration method, we may collect information needed to organize that activity. This may include participant names, parent or guardian contact details where applicable, team information, location preferences, event selections, and any other details requested on the specific form.

If a form collects information about a minor, the form should be completed by a parent or legal guardian unless the form clearly states otherwise.

 

Donation information

TeamAddy does not directly process online donations through this website. Donation links may direct you to SickKids Foundation or another approved donation platform. When you donate through SickKids Foundation, your donation, payment details, donor information, receipts, refunds, and donation-related privacy rights are handled by SickKids Foundation according to its own policies and terms.

TeamAddy may receive limited donation-related information from SickKids Foundation or from donors, such as donor names, donation amounts, campaign totals, or fundraising updates, where permitted and appropriate. TeamAddy does not collect or store credit card numbers through teamaddy.ca.

TeamAddy’s mission and events may involve youth, families, and community participants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

If a form requests information about a minor, the form should be completed by a parent or legal guardian unless clearly stated otherwise.
