1. About TeamAddy

TeamAddy is a community fundraising initiative created in honour of Addison Hill to raise awareness and funds in support of sarcoma research and related fundraising efforts through SickKids Foundation.

The website provides information about TeamAddy, Addison’s story, fundraising campaigns, basketball events, concerts, sponsorships, volunteering, donations, and ways to get involved.

2. Website content

The information on this website is provided for general informational and fundraising purposes only. We try to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

TeamAddy may update, remove, or change website content at any time without notice.

3. No medical advice

This website may refer to health-related causes, sarcoma research, SickKids, or fundraising for medical research. Website content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance. Always speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

4. Donations

Donation links on this website may direct you to SickKids Foundation or another approved donation platform. TeamAddy does not directly process online donation payments through teamaddy.ca.

When you donate through SickKids Foundation, your donation is subject to SickKids Foundation’s terms, privacy policy, receipting rules, refund rules, and donation policies.

TeamAddy is not responsible for donation payment processing, tax receipts, donation platform errors, refund decisions, or donor account issues handled by third-party donation platforms.

5. Events, registrations, and participation

TeamAddy may share information about basketball tournaments, concerts, fundraising events, volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, and related activities.

Event details, schedules, locations, prices, registration rules, eligibility, refund terms, safety rules, and participation requirements may change. Separate event terms, waivers, registration forms, parent or guardian permissions, or venue rules may apply.

If a participant is under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete registration, provide consent, sign waivers, and supervise or approve participation.

6. Google Forms, HubSpot forms, and third-party forms

Some website forms may be hosted by or connected to third-party services such as Google Forms or HubSpot. By submitting a form, you understand that your information may be processed by those third-party services according to their own policies and terms.

Sponsor names, logos, or acknowledgements may appear on the website to recognize support for TeamAddy events or fundraising efforts. Sponsor recognition does not necessarily mean TeamAddy endorses every product, service, opinion, or action of that sponsor.
